On my way back from Newport Beach, I see an awesome, hissing, smoking monstrosity; I see eerie beauty, awesome power and control.

It's the ARCO Carson oil refinery, which produces the gas I, and millions of others, use in their cars.

So one evening, on the way back, I decided to stop and take a few pictures.

These pictures were taken with my Canon XL-1 MiniDV camera, and captured using the Radius EditDV firewire card. Click on the link for more information.
