The Mission

Hi. My name is David, and I created this little place so I could help creative, intelligent and entertaining people meet their counterparts in a relaxed, friendly setting.

This page isn't meant for ordinary personal ads. You know the kind I mean:
Gorgeous guy seeks very good looking girl, 19-27, so I can give her a warm, affectionate kiss and spend all her money. Respond to box 40819.
What I'd like to see here is creativity and intelligence. I'd like to build up an atmosphere that makes this a classy place for your personal, a place where you can feel that your ideas are more important than your financial status or the size of your waistline.
I'd like to encourage you all to enter an ad, since it's ads that make this place interesting to everyone. In fact, I'll put in a little incentive: The best ad created will be put in the Hall of Fame page, to be created this coming Saturday. Be sure to come back then and see who won! (To make it easier, I'll have separate female and male categories).
During its testing phase, this site is 100% free of charge. This should last at least through the month of May, and probably for much of June as well. I'd like input on the rates I expect to charge.

Everything here is brand new - I started developing this service on 9 May 1996. So your comments and suggestions are very welcome; I want to know how to make this a genuinely friendly place where people can interact, have fun and do interesting things together.
