--On AOL if you have experienced a problem that is not your fault, you can ask for a refund of the time you spent on it--a credit back to your account. That it is a "free" 10 hours should not obviate this; they made an offer to give you that time and should be obligated to provide it. If you follow the guidelines--and in fact most yanked posts are well within the posted guidelines--then you should have the time you spent online composing and sending the post reimbursed. You have to request it, but I suggest that people do so. Once AOL --or any organization -- posts guidelines, they have an obligation to live by those guidelines. AOL did not have the stomach to post a guideline that says "If a representative of the Church of Scientology does not like it, it will be pulled." Therefore they have to live with the guidelines they *did* post--and those clearly allow for questioning and commentary-- in other words, *discussion*!
