Of course, the 'unpublished' OT VIII materials are actually published. When one mimeographs them, stuffs these mimeographs into envelopes and distributes them to those taking OT courses, they are in essence published.

So the 'unpublished works' clause of the copyright statutes are not likely to be very applicable here in a courtof law, wishful think of the second rate lawyer, Helena Kobrin not withstanding.

Dennis, you may ask Mo-Fo to toss in a little challenge to this so as to get that legally on record to make it hard for Kobby to play this game in future years.
