Well we have seen the law on these things posted here. No. Unpublished does not mean fair use is not applicable. And no, RTC ect., are Calfornia based corporations and it is settled law that in California, religions do not have trade secrets.

Copyright is meant to protect a writer and publishers from piracy and plagarism, not to protect them from criticism.

Stupidology is going to have excerpts of their lamee balderdash published to show exactly how stupid this garbage really is and the church might as well get used to it. It is not illegal, nor is it correct for this bizarre cult to assert that fair use does not apply to it. To use the law to hide from criticism is an approach that sooner or later will fail.

Dennis is going to see to that. Stupidology made a mistake. They sued a guy who is going to clear this up for once and for all in a manner that nobody can be mistaken about. Dennis's case will make sure everybody, including Helena and her merry band of shysters knows for once and for all, the law does not allow a cult to use the copyright laws to hide from criticism.
