Are we all criminals yet?

Here's a silly thought... OR IS IT!?!?!?!

The teachings of Scientology state that people record everything that they experience. They teach that once a person becomes clear or reaches some particular OT level they will have perfect access to all their memories.

At Dennis' hearing the Scientology lawyers were trying to claim that downloading or copying any copyrighted material onto electronic media is a copyright violation.

By Scientology teachings are our brains not analogous to electronic media? In particular if at a particular level of spiritual development we will have perfect recall?

So by Scientology teachings are we not all copyright violators if we even read SCAMIZDAT?

It's too bad that Scientologists appear to have such atrophied imaginations.

Otherwise I might have even been able to keep a couple of their reptilian lawyers up at night wondering if they could work this angle in court.

(wistful sigh)
