Well, well. Quite an impressive list of organizations and names. However, much of this information is simply PR. For example, many persons named in this document are not in the positions that Goodman claims them to be.

Consider Mike Rinder, who is claimed to be head of O.S.A.: That's not the entire truth. He's head of OSA in CSI. But OSA also is represented in the Watchdog Committee (WDC). There, the OSA part is managed by someone else, reporting to RTC, of course.

So, if you want to track down those people who *really* steer the ship (of ghosts), you'd better take a closer look.

Further, there's many organizations that haven't even been included in this list. For instance: Author Services International (ASI), which is controlled by Norman Starkey, and which plays a major role in money transfer around the world.

Also, no mention of the Freewinds organization, based in the Caribbean.

To find out, where the money goes, you would also want to know about the Co$ finance police that supervises all critical transactions.

However, this list may serve as a good starting point for research, it won't give a clue to those things that happen under cover.
