When does religion and history separate? I mean, at what point during Incident II does history stop and religion begin? The story is quite plainly historical at first, giving dates and places. Xenu reads like you're average Galactic Despot, and he ships a bunch of folks to another planet against their will. Difficult, granted, but still historical. Does the religion start when the Markabs are H-bombed and their thetans released? Or is the WHOLE thing religion because it's assumed that the Markabs were thetans to begin with?

Assuming that our Body Thetans are the nuked and implanted Markabs, then how could the Markabs have any aberrations? Wouldn't the Markabs all have been natural OTees, since they had no implanted Body Thetans to hinder them?
