Milne 'n "Vera" wHeRe ArE yOu??

For a corporate organization selling ephemeral "experience", you'd think the higher-ups would have got the trick of public opinion down by now... With Arbitron rating a.r.s consistently in the higher reaches of Usenet popularity, certainly a little field work could show that

a: Bad a.r.s/Internet PR is having a measureable negative effect on sales.

b: Milne and "Vera" are contributing large amounts of cash to the defense of CoS "enemies" by their actions.

c: Putting Milne and "Vera" to other tasks will help Cos' position.

The recent batch of Scienos is of a more able sort, able to engage in debate with at least *some* semblance of integrity and discursive consistency. "Vera" is an out-and-out embarassment... and Milne has been rolled over so many times by Tony and others that he is barely recognizable.

Anyway, I logged on to catch Milne and "Vera's" sophistry and venom, and lo, not a single post. And it's way past 11 pm!! What gives? Did someone figure out that throwing gasoline on a fire just won't help? We'll see...
