If the case does go to trial, I'd assume that one possible issue that would come up would be the validity of the assignment of LRH's copyrights to the RTC. One effect of this could be subpoenas issued to parties involved in that transfer. It seems to me that if one such party were called to the witness stand, he wouldn't be able to travel to court without suddenly finding himself in posession of a piece of paper that he'd rather not take posession of. In that case, it would be in the church's <spit> financial interest to settle your countersuit for any amount less than the amount of the Wollersheim judgment. I guess it all depends on whether they have more emotional investment in muzzling you than they have in "not a dime...."
