Sure thing, Carl.
When a person violates a piece of the Phatso's Tek
Droppings, a Cramming Order is written to correct the mis-
application.
A Cramming Order is an order sent to the person an to the
Cramming Officer which directs the person to report for
correction.
It states what the person did wrong, in detail. And it
recommends what materials are to be word cleared and star
rated (that's a verbal checkout by the cram off). What
drills to do, etc. to crorrect the person.
The Cramming Officer, being in the Qualifications Division,
takes orders from no one with regard to what he ultimately
does to correct the person. No one gives technical orders to
Qual.
Sounds like you've got a Koos-clone over there on act that's
gonna straighten everybody out, rather than declaring them.
Could be a scieno troll. I'd have to see the orders.
But don't post them to ars, please! Too much bs already.
