Well, the above is only the cover story. As we all now know the city of Berlin (and the Germany government) are only dramatizing the banana implant.

So what happened was that David Miscavige, in the employ of Xenu, went to work with quite another purpose:

Xenu was stark raving mad! He summoned DM to his mountain resort, also known as Moutain Enlightment(tm), religious retreat, and advised him as follows:

"David ben Hubbard ben Crowley ben Xenu. Thou art in deepest of ethical trouble! Have you forgotten Elron's order to take good care of the clusters I once formed? Germany was one big cluster only a few decades ago. Then some uninformed communist (with kind permission from the U.S. government) decided to make this into two clusters, and ever since we have had the need of a special NOTs rundown called: "Running BTs East and West, Correct Procedure of".

"This however is a squirrel issue. There should be no need to run this separately. Bring together the cluster again, making into one. Go ahead, young David and unite them!

So that is why the wall has fallen. Xenu wanted his original cluster restored! The scienos have noted that some people got stuck on OT VII and that some OT VIIIs where never fully complete on OT VII (the final wall of BTs). They are now back in their chairs, happily auditing away.

BTW, it used to be that on OT VII going for ones 6-month check was a brief matter, taking many people just a few days. This has changed: Scienos now have to take with them their E-meter drill books and be prepared to drill auditing procedures and e-meter skills at length. So any OT VII reading this should ealize that he will probably spend two to three weeks in Clearwater whenever he goes there. That is good for the hotel's income, it is good for the cramming officers statistic, and Xenu will be delighted as well.

The commands for the handling of the German cluster now are as follows:

1. Locate some bad decision from a German court (e.g. German Federal Labor Court decision of March, confirming scientology to be a business not a religion). 2. After your key-in run locational until flat. 3. Reach and withdraw from the court decision. 4. Locate the cluster connected with that decision. 5. Blow it. 6. Blow any remaining BTs (Banana Thetans) 6. Should the court decision still stand use the following remedy:

a. Go and eat three bananas b. Take a dictionary c. Clear the words "court", "decision", "final", and "unappealable". d. Read the German Federal court decisions of this year. e. Write disconnection letter to Xenu and David Miscavige. f. Visit Germany (Heidelberg and Berlin both are a must). g. Eat more bananas. h. Decide to do all the things you refrained from in the past because you had to live up to the artificial image you were forced to portray as a scientologist.

So we see: Handling the German cluster will ultimately result in free beings. And this may just have some truth in it: Did Hubbard simply watch to see how long people would take what he was prescribing?
