That sounds a lot like the sort of sentences my classmates and I made up when we drew a blank on vocabulary tests, waaaayyy back in elementary school.

"extemporaenous. Jane could be called a very extemporaneous girl."
"erudite. The car could be described as erudite."
"persecutorial. My new cat is very persecutorial."
"bigoted. My house is bigoted."
"lunatic. My friend Anne has a new blue vest with lunatic fringe."

Dear Richard, you seem to get such charming, innocent enjoyment out of your 1995 "Word-a-Day" calendar. I want to join in with the game, too; will you send me one, please?
