An Open Letter to abuse@netcom.com

some person claiming to be an attorney for some ridiculous
organization calling itself the 'Religious Technology
Center' has dared to threaten to sue me because i quoted
six lines of some absurdity called "OT VII," which advised
talking to plants and animals like some deranged 
reincarnation of dr. doolittle.

simultaneously, a forged cancel forging FEDERAL computers 
in its Path: line cancelled my entirely legal message, claiming
demonstrably false "COPYRIGHT" and "TRADE SECRET" violations, 
and a threatening letter was sent to my sysadmin fraudulently
claiming that i had violated laws.  this is libel.  

this email missive claims to originate from one "Helena
Kobrin," which if true indicates that it originates from 
the same source as YET ANOTHER fraudulent lawsuit against
one dennis erlich, support.com, his net provider, and 
netcom itself, which is the net provider of his net provider.  

as you work for netcom, you will no doubt have heard of
the bizarre lawsuit filed against your employer by the very
same RTC which is now using your system to threaten lawsuits
even more frivolous and barratrous than the absurd litigation
already filed against netcom, and so many threats of litigation
that it qualifies as email spamming.  

i find it most irregular that an attorney who is filing a
lawsuit against your ISP is using that very same ISP to threaten 
scores of frivolous lawsuits while the lawsuit already filed
by this barratrous attorney, who was fined $20,000 last year
for similar frivolous and harassing lawsuits, is still pending.

please look into this situation.
