I don't think that the Co$ wants to pick a real case in California.

One of the things you can do is to ask to add you to Erlich case (because the claims are the same) and/or ask MoFo to represent you (a law firm is allowed to represent two clients regardless of "Conflict of interest" if both of them agree).

Such an action will be pretty cheap, and it will force Helena to meet MoFo once again, in a court room. An experience that she probably wants to forget.
