Hodkin Harasses again!

I disagree; whilst the leaflet presents nothing more than "fair comment on a matter of public interest or concern", Hodkin's letter does not. By ascribing malice where there plainly is none and by asserting that untruths have been printed where, in fact, the comments were true and the quotations accurate, the author of that letter considerably exceeded the scope of "fair retort".

Hence, Hodkin's letter seems, of itself, libellous.

I wonder how much damages FUSS should seek from that barratrous bugger.
