The IRC channel is there and open to anyone who is not banned.

Out of several hundreds of thousands of Internet users, only about 45 are banned.

1. Flooders are banned. You can no longer be trusted, don't even bother.

2. Rude, obnoxious people are banned. T-Rex is not so strict on this one. You can be unbanned

3. Irrational behaviors are banned. T-Rex is not so strict on this one either. You can be unbanned

4. Excessive cussing is banned. You can be unbanned

5. Denigrating statements & flagrant Lying is banned. They will not be unbanned until they correct their lies in public AND are not SPs.

6. Takeover attempts are banned You will never be unbanned, you cannot be trusted.

7. SPs are banned. Their comm is to the International Justice Chief. I will not even read or respond to their postings.

8. Squirrels are banned. See #7

People who wish to discuss Scientology or just chat w/ others may join this channel. Any topic may be discussed and will be allowed as long as the above is not violated.

Those who wish to become unbanned, may respond to this posting w/ a good reason why they should be unbanned. Also see #7 about who may apply for "unbanning."

Attacks in response this posting, accusations in response to this posting will be ignored and the BAN will be enforced.

BANNING is not a crime, it was programmed into the IRC. If you disagree, talk to the programmers, not me.

There are thousands of other internet users who are free to communicate in the IRC channel and it is not fair that their freedom to do so is threated by the actions of a few.

Using multiple usernames & domains for the purpose of FLOODING or taking over the channel will result in the ENTIRE domain being BANNED. Don't ruin it for other people on your domain.
