 of 28 Dec 1994, revised 2 May 1995,
 from which I quote the main significant part:


  ''Note that all the material is copyrighted,

   or otherwise provides,

   and with the condition imposed
   that none of the material may be altered,
   or deliberately quoted out of context, nor
   used for any purpose for
   which it obviously is not intended.''

  ''Misquoting or quoting out of context
   which may obscure meaning and intent,
   will be legally prosecuted
   as a violation of Copyright with criminal intent.

  ''As is the same with any Government Law,
   or Town Regulations, or any Scientology Policy,
   without mentioning the purpose for which it is written,
   or by altering the purposes for which it was written,
   these Laws, Regulations or Policy
   can be made to look quite ridiculous
   and can even be used to suppress.''

  ''The Fair Game Law applies,
   in that we do not extend
   the same rights and privileges
   to our friends
   as to our enemies
    who want to destroy those rights
    of freedom of information and speech
    by their evil intention to pervert and ridicule
    and misquote and to make significant omissions

    in order to confuse the public
    about their own destructive intentions.''




To your Question:
 "If I stipulated for the sake of argument
  that he [Dennis Erlich] is guilty of copyright violation,
  do you think he deserves the total destruction of his life
  that's happening now?"


The ONLY thing that is required of Dennis Erlich is
 that he does NOT post upper-level materials,
 as these, by their nature,
 can be VERY upsetting,
 ESPECIALLY to people who
 have achieved a level of awareness where
 their next step would be
 to confront such material.


YOU CAN COMPARE THIS
 WITH CONFRONTING A JUMBO-JET PILOT WITH THE FACT
 THAT HIS WIFE JUST DIED IN A CAR-CRASH.

YOU JUST DON'T DO THAT
 WHILE HE IS AT THE CONTROLS OF THE AIRPLANE
 AT THE MOMENT OF TAKE-OFF!

And as Scientologists believe that they have lived before,
 there are quite a lot of times to look at
 where one lost a loved one.

Do you get this example?


It is a violently anti-social act
 to create even the possibility of such a risk,
 and Dennis Erlich knows this to be the case.

No matter what terms
 and what socially acceptable arguments and pleas he uses,
 Dennis Erlich's ONLY ACTUAL PURPOSE
 is to spiritually damage people
 or to create the possibility for it occurring.

While for example Chlorine
 is a very useful commodity in the household,
 you DON'T intentionally
 put open bottles of it in a school-class!


So Dennis Erlich only has to stop doing,
 and certainly will stop doing THAT,
 if only by force of court-orders.

There is no other issue.

Dennis Erlich tries to cover up the issue
 so that he can continue
 and win support for his evil.


I EXPOSE THE ISSUE.


Dennis does not deny
 that his intentions ARE to try and harm others,
 in the way I have described it,
 that is,
 he himself has divulged it
 and I have merely recorded his thoughts.

This is the way
 Dennis Erlich has chosen to try and damage others
 and how he has chosen
 to make others believe it is different.


THERE IS NO ISSUE OF FREE SPEECH HERE AT ALL.

It is solely an issue
 of the achievement of levels of awareness.

This issue is not easy to get across to the public
 which does not know of
 or does not believe
 that it is possible to regain native states of awareness
 which in our Western society
 are almost lost or not talked about.


Dennis knows all about this,
 but he - both inside and outside the Church -
 has the goal
 to prevent people from regaining their slumbering abilities,
 to prevent it
 in whatever way Erlich believes he can prevent it.


There is no honour to be found in Dennis.
 He hates himself like the dickens.
