Seriously, do you really believe that it was Ron's =93postulate" which averted World War III? If so, then welcome to the club. Many of us ex-scienos at some time thought that ElRon was the miracle worker. Every major positive event which took place somewhere was attributed to =93OT postulates", be it the opening of China, the fall of the Soviet Union, the Berlin Wall, etc. But what also got quite number of us wondering was that we ourselves were unable to postulate as was promised we would learn. Gosh, I still had to lift the ashtray with my hands, even after extensive exorcism. Even doing the bridge two times with new OT levels replacing the old ones did not help. Doing the SHSBC did not help, ElRon's management =93tech" is of not much use either, except as a model of how to build a dictatorship.

There are hundreds if not thousands of groups, movements, etc. out there trying to contribute their share to world improvement without grabbing your heart and soul and bank account. And many of them are much more effective and honest than scientology. You know why? Simply because they subscribe to the cause of their individual group with honesty. Greenpeace for example is NOT trying to sell us a religion, they are not doing what they are doing for a pat on their shoulder or in search of our bank accounts, they are seriously concerned. That's why people trust them. Whatever scientology may be doing in terms of social activity, such as CCHR, even if they indeed did some good in terms of pushing certain legislature, it was never because of the issue itself. It was and is always and only a public relations vehicle, its roots being ElRon's paranoia of being hunted by communists and psychiatrists. Ask your local Dept. 20 to show you their internal policy. If they don't, then you should start thinking. If you are a Dept. 20 staff, then bless you God that you wake up before its too late. Scientology is causing a lot of people a lot of work because scientology again and again needs to be demasked for what it really is: Big business masked as a church. Why do you think there are only about 100,000 scientologists?

Ron's plan for =93world peace" is an idea which would ultimately lead us to = a one-government-world. Sure, it would be safer as the rules would come from just one place, ElRon's policy. But then we would of course give up democracy, freedom of speech, justice, ethics, morals (except for weird scientology morals), you name it. Think it through. But I guess what I am trying to tell you is beyond your (current?) scope of understanding. When I see what YOUR group is doing to avoid following a supreme court decision (Wollersheim), how they treat Dennis Erlich, how they abuse the legal system, then I think I should probably send a copy of the tape transcript to governments all over the world so they know what they are up to when they deal with scientology. Wake up, Tony! There IS life outside of scientology. And it's a great deal more fun.

Looks like you did not read my full post, because the following should not be forgotten (quotes from ElRon tape lecture SHSBC #375 (used to be SHSBC #13), given on the 24th of March 1964 at Saint Hill Manor, East Grinstead, Sussex, England. Its title is: "International City". This tape is part of today's SHSBC so don't let any scieno lead you astray that this was "old stuff".):

"And about all I would ask would simply be a monopoly on all mental healing done inside the boundaries of International City. I think that would be about the end product of it."

I wish to remind you that Adolf Hitler got into power in Germany by proper election! The Germans voted for him. But once he had the power he started transforming Germany in no time. There were quite a few people who later said they had not believed that what Hitler had written in "Mein Kampf" was really all meant to be actually implemented.

Back to the master's voice:
