It seems to me that the act of cancelling these messages also cancels any future court claims the CoS might have, since the offending material is removed. Certainly the *degree* of offense is lessened by the tiny amount of time the material is available.

And, of course, we haven't even got to "fair use" quotations yet.

Poor little clams. Their lawyers' brains appear to have "snap snap snapped" shut during night school.
