Hi--Paulette Cooper here

I've read so many incorrect items about myself here that I'm posting a few notes to correct some misconceptions.

I'm also writing now because some of you seem to still have a lot of curiosity about me, and I'd like to answer a few of the questions I've seen discussed.

And finally, I'm here briefly because it looks like I have a few friends in this forum I've never met (until a.r.s. came along I had felt forgotten), so I'd like to post a few chatty notes telling them a bit about me, where I am right now and where I think Scientology is.

I'm very busy this summer promoting my current book ("277 Secrets Your Dog Wants You To Know,") editing my forthcoming book, developing another, and creating a web page, (none of this has to do with Scientology) and I only spend a few hours a week on line (I'm on AOL and Compuserve so far).

But I'll try to slip in a few minutes every other week for 5 or 6 weeks to discuss such things as: whether I'm hiding; why I settled with Scientology; how I feel about "The Scandal of Scientology" being on the net; whether I'm being harassed by Scientology now; and speaking as an elder historian (today being my birthday, I"m feeling kind ofold) who has watched Scientology for 27 years, what I think is the future of Scientology, the German situation, and why I think it's futile to fight them now.

It's probably best not to send me any E-mail at this time because: 1) I'm too busy to respond; 2) I'm too "paranoid" to be friendly back since I'm still being approached by secret Scientoloogists and have to be cautious with everyone; and 3) you might risk becoming SP ifyou write me since I don't know how private my E-mail is. I'm sure you all know what I mean!
