I heard that you check out the net from time, and I thought that as you write your judgement -- especially when it comes to determining damages, you might want to get some sense of public opinion.

I know you American judges don't wear cool stuff like ours do, no horsehair wigs and ermine trimmed gowns and Rolls-Royces escorted by fleets of policemen everywhere, but I know some of you can do your job well -- check out a Judge Paul Breckenridge from your neck of the woods. He seems to have the measure of the Scientologists -- he could almost be an English judge, so decisive was his decision. :-)

Anyway, I'm not hear to plead for Dennis -- I'm sure that his lawyers are quite capable of doing that. I just wanted to bring the following post to your attention. I'll e-mail you a copy as well.

That sounds like CONTEMPT to me, Judge. Those clam lawyers have been lying to the troops again. Well, either that or you're a pal of Gene Ingram -- but I wouldnt believe any judge would be a friend of a dopedealing pimp like him.
