Chris, If you can obtain for me, legal papers from RTC, CSI and the many other Scientology organizations, agreeing to hold me harmless from any and all editorial decisions I make, as well as agreeing to hold my ISP harmless as well, and further more, agreeing that what I decide to "publish" on the Web will be considered Pro material and any there shall be no legal recourse against me as to my decision of what Pro-scieno material consists of. I further require a statement of understanding that in order for me to place information offered to me from CoS for publishing on the Web, I will need specific written permission from the copyright holder. The agreement statement must also state that if the CoS representative offering me the material to publish is in error about the copyright holder, or the facts contained in the material, CoS will pay any and all direct and incidental legal expenses I may require in total. The agreement to cover my legal expenses will NOT give CoS the right to select my counsel NOR will it give them the right to restrict the legal methods or routes I or my selected counsel decide to use.

Basically, CoS takes all the risks and pays any and all legal expenses, royalties, fines, fees and other unspecified costs, damages and charges which are in any way related to this agreement to publish a web page, and I will agree to use my best editorial judgement to in piecing together a Pro-scieno Web page. If material I desire is not made available to me for publishing ("made available" includes legally available to publish) then such material will not be placed on the Pro-Scieno web page I would maintain, but instead, a note mentioning said material and the reason it is not available. No part of the agreement will restrict what I can do or say anywhere other than on the Pro-Scieno Web page.

I will agree that CoS may at any time request to cancel my Pro-Scieno Web page. The agreement will still extend to covering any and all legal expenses I may be hit with at any time in the future resulting from my involvement under this agreement, directly or indirectly.

If you are seriously interested in following up on the above proposal, let me know and I can get an official agreement in the works. There will be other fine points in the agreement, but I will tell you in good faith, I will not make any concessions on the above points. If you decide to follow up on this offer, make sure that the person making contact has the authority to discuss compensation for my labor as well as the ability to deliver on what I require in the way of contracts and agreements.

If you decide not to go with my services, that is fine with me, but don't say it wasn't offered to you.
