I have not reproduced, transmitted or published any of Hubbard's works, except for minimal quotations clearly permissible under the Fair Use exemption. When made aware that some materials may be infringing, I immediately make sure all copies under my control are deleted or destroyed.

Again, I haven't done any of this. I -have-, and will continue do so, discussed the concepts and ideas from such works as have been made public by others, since they are no longer secrets, trade or otherwise.

This includes the OT7 materials which tell people to telepathically contact trees and animals in the zoo, and try to put their "intentions" into them, and also do the same to people at bus stations.

It also includes the OT3 "Xenu" material, which describes how some 76 million years ag the Galactic Overlord Xenu took billions of people from many planets (76?) and stuck them in volcanoes, blew them up with H-bombs and then implanted them with religious images, for reasons that I've yet to understand.

I'll also discuss the OT5 "NOTS" material which gives a series of processes that are supposed to wake up the souls who were blown up by Xenu, and get them to realize who they are.

I'll not quote any of it verbatim, because that could be infringing on the Dead Guy's copyright. But neither you nor anyone else will stop me from freely voicing my opinions on this or any other subject.

If you feel differently you are welcome to take whatever measures you feel appropriate.
