Philly Org renovations

I did a quick flyby [in rush-hour terms] a little while ago of 1315 Race St., better known as the Philly Org, and noted a bunch of renovations going on to the "lobby" behind the picture window...

Some guy wearing a goofy naval uniform was overseeing a bunch of people in street clothes and maintenance-worker attire painting the inside of the lobby and carting furniture out onto the sidewalk. There were two people in the process of putting a brand-spanking-new "Hubbard Dianetics Institute" logo on part of the front window in bright green lettering, and a bust of ElRon [about 2x life-size] was installed in the lobby between Monday and today...

It's a wee bit of a change from the yellowing Dianetics posters and stacks of books visible in the windows just the beginning of this week.

Can you say: "Potemkin Village"?
