    Excuse me for butting in ...

but the reason Netcom had to be in the suit was to ensure the venue was out of any jurisdiction like Central District Federal court. (where the scienos are known and detested)

Suing Netcom is the same as suing Pacific Bell when someone swears at you on the phone.

Tom was included cause they don't like him not knuckling under.

They had to get the case out of LA. I don't really think the 9th Circuit Appeal Court is gonna be happy with their endless delaying tactics (like not producing the poodle and other documents) either.

Gonna put the poodle on a little leash and parade him around.
