Tarla and Milne were having an altercation on ars. During the heated exchange Milne blurted out Tarla's "real" name. The critics reacted with righteous indignation and it was at this point that Vera posted the additional information outlined above. Milne made no posts for several days and it was during this period that Vera effectively took the flak. Her job was to deflect the anger away from Milne and in this she was completely effective. It is still my belief that Milne made a mistake by revealing the fact that Co$ had personal information about Tarla. He lost his temper and made a major error which left Vera with the thankless task of damage-limitation.
