In all fairness to Mr. Cooley, he was brought into this case way late--probably after Mr. Miscavige knew they were in trouble, perhaps by mishandling the case by the other five law firms involved. If Mr. Cooley knew that Ms. Kobrin was undermining his presentation like this, I'll bet he would be mad. He's the top guy, not Kobrin. She's got a lot of nerve--I give her that!
