I hope it was a dark beer, it goes much better with clams on the half shell.

Only by folks that think its cool to cut off other peoples speech. Bad idea, bad form, and it would then become the simple process of just setting your nntphost to not except any cancel posts. Problem solved, stupid newbie trick shoved back in newbies face. And if you need a friggin GUI to handle raw nntp, your SHOULDN'T be DOING raw NNTP!

Absolutely, what you seem to have missed, and it appears that you dont really follow ars... is that the church of $cientology does not seem to hold onto your view of freedom of speech. To the contrary, and even more so they have gone out of there way to stomp out religious freedom in the form of attacking people that are praticing scientology on thier own. On the net they invaded ars, not they other way around. The critics set UP ars, not the clam cult. The clam cult came in here swinging, and decided that it had been elected net censor. Free to delete and purge anything it didn't agree with. Would you like it *I* deleted your posts because I didn't think they were correct?

No, you are stomping your foot about something you barely grasp, IMHO. The clam cult isn't playing by the duke it out with ideas game, or even, lets settle it in court. The clam cult doesn't settle in court, they don't play by those rules either. Clam policy dictates that they BLEED YOU DRY IN THE COURTS! They kill you with friviolous lawsuits, they don't pay when they lose, and they have and continue to break law when it suits them. So don't play the "poor religious faction" line, the clams have tried that, and its just as much bunk.

Perhaps my tone is irrate, but your posts spark of niavity, and with the clam cult thats the worse thing you can be, niave. It's the grand daddy of ALL the cults, and I'll be damned if I lay down and let them walk all over me. You may do as you please, but don't expect me or anyone else attacked by the nasty vicious evil people to give them any sympathy, they brought this one themselves. Save your breath for them, I've heard it all.

>No need to make laws just give the tools to the people they will take care

We are doing it, information has a way of getting out the truth. The only people whining for MORE laws all the clams, the very idea of being CRITICAL of the church is in their eyes CRIMINAL. Get with it Michel, these guys don't care about you, or me, OR the net. They care about making every single citizen of the world a scientologist, so either stand up against them, fall in line with them and cough uo you $300,000 bucks, or get the hell out of the way.

>Hope this helps clarify my point.
Indeed, I respect you position, but I think you need to do some more reading. You seem quite lacking on the background material, the stuff on Ron Newmans page isn't an accustation, it HAPPENED.
