Andrew Milne (milne@crl.com) said with a straight face:

: The Volunteer Ministers Handbook was a great boon to auditors for many
: years. Today Scientologists use the information in the Scientology
: Handbook, which contains all the data in the Volunteer Ministers Handbook
: plus a great deal more. Beautifully illustrated and presented throughout,
: the Scientology Handbook and its companion volume, What Is Scientology?
: provide the most comprehensive introduction to Scientology ever.

PWAAHA! You gotta be kidding, Andy! "beautifully illustrated"? (forgive me, I'me having trouble typing due to heaving laughter.) I have to admit, though, that I especially liked the photo of the Co$ Volunteer Minister rendering a Touch Assist to the victim of an auto accident. "Stand aside, everyone! I'm a SCIENTOLOGY VOLUNTEER MINISTER!" "Oh, thank God! I was really worried about that major arterial bleeding for a moment..."

The photos in that book are so wooden, so poorly staged, lit, shot, costumed and posed that they make a refrigerator repair manual seem more dynamic. The painting of "Cowboy Ron" with the mongols tore me up.

I can't type anymore...I got peas shooting out my nose.
